Jason Yun presents: The 34-day Light Challenge

Jason Yun has just announced his first ever 34-Day Light challenge.

Yun officially ‘retired’ from beingĀ  fitness and nutrition guru to focus on light in 2019.

The 1st 34-Day Light Challenge begins in early December 2020 and will be held periodically throughout the year 2021 and on. However, anybody can enter at anytime and start their introduction to light. More specifically sunlight and blue light.

There will be information about hormones, melatonin, vitamin A, DHA, and much more.

Amazingly Light, not food or exercise, is the driving force for human biology and health. Far from what you will hear from the traditional personal trainer, or nutritionist. That is what Yun thought and taught. He didn’t have the right teacher shining his flashlight in the areas he needed to look.

This challenge will teach you all the basics about light, both good and bad, along with a host of other things to help make you reach your optimal health,” says creator of the Light Challenge Yun. Participants of the 34-day Light Challenge can expect to gain energy, sleep better, mental clarity improvement, disease reversal, lose weight, add muscle, shred body fat, and look better naked.
