Your Best Health Is In Your Breath
We are a nation of overbreathers and mouth breathers.
And it is one of the biggest things for chronic health issues.

Certain forms of exercise should NOT be done until breathing improves.
Walking should be done by everyone, especially when done outside with naked eyes and as naked skin as possible. I just got back from my shirtless and shorts walk with my dogs. I do it every morning and 95% in either the early afternoon or early evening depending on the season.
As I walk, especially with myself my mouth is always closed. I practiced 5 or 6 sets of the steps exercise. The steps exercise perform a small inhale through nose and small exhale through nose as well, then hold breath and count number of steps you take before needing breath. You should create an air deficit each time. When regaining your regular breathing back attempt to do so with a closed mouth and use nasal breathing only.
We must learn to breathe better. It starts with closing your mouth.
Below is a video of me performing a breathing exercise while stuck in traffic. Breathing can be done anywhere and should become conscious again so we can become the best breather and best version of ourself.
